contrast push us away from “comfort zone” contrast is not comfortable and gives birth to desire to answer to solution ( it is what you want from each contrast) we move towards the desired outcome so contrast is us moving gently away from “comfort zone” I would suggest call it old habitual zone as there is no comfort any more when you are aware of your desire and you are not moving towards and stuck in habitual zone you are stuck in question zone you are not aware that feeling numbed no joy no happy no satisfaction no comfort which are always evident in the “ comfort zone” which should be changed to old habitual zone that is familiar as it has been practiced for long time based on old experiences you will feel comfortable when you move towards desire via contrast or via focusing deliberately
