Hi, thanks for all the videos. I appreciate the effort and enjoy the content. I have a question regarding morning routines. I like to do morning papers exercise where you write non-stop 2 or 3 pages every morning. It’s like giving your mind a stage to rage on, unconditionally. The idea is that it releases the energy of the mind and it should be much calmer because it has the idea it has been listened to. Now my question is, what would work better; to first do morning pages and than meditate and focus on what I would like the day to be? Or do the pages after the meditation (which doesn’t make that much sense as you calm the mind and than let it loose. Or do you perhaps think it’s better not to do any papers and just (try to be) focused and conscious of the now at all times? Does anyone integrate some form of this Morning Papers in their morning routine?
