Have you done any videos on how to think when having anxiety?

Is there a way to do this when you’re having trouble thinking of an actual happy memory?
I would create a visualization of a happy time — something you’d like to happen — and work with it daily for about 30 days. You could then try this technique using that “memory.” You can also use anything that made you feel good from another time. It could be as simple as getting praise from someone you admire or getting an award for something. Hope this helps! 🙂
